Shipping and Delivery Information

Your orders will be shipped within an average of 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (promotions, public holidays, etc.), this timeframe may be extended.

If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a notification and you will be asked to collect your package from the nearest branch.

The status of your shipment can be tracked using the tracking number provided once your order has been dispatched.

For packages received with damage, please request a report before accepting the delivery. If the product has been damaged during shipping, it will be replaced free of charge.
