Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is made between BÖRTE Sole Proprietorship and the customer purchasing through the website www.bortelabel.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer Information:
The information provided by the customer during the order process, including contact and delivery details, shall be used.

Article 1 – Subject: The subject of this agreement is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer on BÖRTE’s website.

Article 2 – Product Delivery: Ordered products will be shipped within 3-7 business days, depending on stock availability. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer in the order form.

Article 3 – Right of Withdrawal: The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt without providing any reason. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Article 4 – Return Conditions: For returns under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is borne by the buyer. If the product is defective or incorrectly sent, the shipping cost will be covered by BÖRTE.

Article 5 – Jurisdiction: In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Osmaniye Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
