Return and Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange products purchased from BÖRTE within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Products with removed tags or showing signs of use cannot be returned.
• The shipping cost for returns is borne by the buyer. However, for defective or incorrect products, the shipping cost will be covered by BÖRTE.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@bortelabel.com with your order number. After approval, you can send your product back via the specified courier.
